“When we believe a negative thought or lie, our behavior will follow. Our belief system in all areas of our lives drive our actions. Actions drive consequences. Consequences reinforce our beliefs. It is a vicious cycle that destroys our soul. The first step to healing is to change the way we believe.” - Teresa

Our Approach
Listening is key, you will have our undivided attention as we explore your goals.
We don’t give advice, but rather ask questions that will encourage you to seek out your own answers so that together we can come up with a plan of action that fits your unique needs and personality.
As we work through our sessions, we will put together self-discovery questions related to your goals, in whatever arena you are seeking support.
Every session is confidential and because we know life happens to all of us, we offer a non-judgmental and safe place for you to share while you grow in confidence to take your next steps, whatever that looks like for you.
